This message is the results of 1.6 million Florida voting supporters who signed Fair District petitions to get Amendments 5 and 6 on the November 2, 2010 ballot to protect our voting rights. Voters must vote YES on Amendments 5 and 6 to stop the Tallahassee Legislators from drawing lines to benefit them being reelected.
Six years, between 2002-2008, 420 elections were held in Florida and only 3 incumbents were defeated. No incoming candidate can win with the currently drawn lines. Only the Florida voters can change the process by voting yes on Amendments 5 and 6.

For years lines have been drawn by Florida Elected Officials (Republicans/Democrats) after each Census to protect their interest in being reelected to keep their jobs. The process will change with your “yes” vote on Amendments 5 and 6.
